Questions about an article, a correction to submit, or an advertising enquiry? Use the form below and it reaches us directly. You can also email office@quantumexplainer.com.

QuantumExplainer.com is run by a single editor in Poland. The legal publisher details are on the imprint page.

Good reasons to get in touch

  • A correction. Send the URL and the specific claim you think is wrong — that is the fastest way to get a page fixed. If you can point at a paper or a vendor document, faster still.
  • A topic request. If something in quantum computing confused you, it probably confused other people too. Requests genuinely do turn into articles.
  • Advertising and partnerships. Tell us what you have in mind and we will reply with what is and is not possible. Paid placement inside articles is not, and never will be.
  • Press and permissions. Quoting us, translating a page, or asking us to look at something you have published.
  • Accessibility. If a page does not work with your screen reader, keyboard or magnifier, that is a bug and we want the report. See the accessibility statement.
  • Privacy and data. Requests about the data we hold go to privacy@quantumexplainer.com, or through the data request form in the regional statements linked from the privacy policy.
  • The newsletter. If a confirmation email never arrived, or you cannot use the sign-up form, tell us the address and we will look at the sending log or add you by hand.

What happens next

We read everything. Most messages get a reply within a few working days; corrections are looked at first, because a wrong page stays wrong until somebody fixes it.

The form sends your name, email address and message to our inbox as an email; nothing is stored in the website’s database. We use it to answer you and for nothing else — it is not added to the newsletter, not passed on and not used for advertising — and we delete it no later than 12 months after the conversation ends. The privacy policy has the detail. If you would rather not use a form, the email address above reaches the same inbox.

What we cannot help with

We cannot review your thesis, debug your Qiskit code, advise on whether to buy a quantum computing stock, or confirm whether a product claiming quantum properties is genuine. Those are either outside what one site can responsibly do or, in the case of investment, something no publisher should be doing at all.

Your name, address and message are emailed to us and used only to reply. See the privacy policy.
